Banking Experience
Rose Micuch started her career in the banking industry, spending 27 years in key roles in California, Arizona, and Germany. As Manager of Customer Service for the Western Region of Military Banking in Europe, Rose organized meetings, taught classes, directed marketing and represented the bank to the community with Military Command. She also represented the bank in the Preparations for Overseas Movement for the Military in Germany for Desert Storm.
Real Estate Experience
Once back in the U.S., Rose transferred her customer service experience to the real estate industry, where she spent 10 years as a Realtor® with Prudential California Realty and with Berkshire Hathaway Drysdale Properties. Now licensed for 17 years, Rose is experienced in all aspects of real estate and banking.
Today, as a proud member of Solid Source Realty, Inc., the National Association of Realtors and the 400 North Board of Realtors, Rose continues to carry the values of a Realtor® including hard work, dedication, integrity, and commitment. With 44 total years in Customer Service Management, Rose is known for giving outstanding personal service to her clients, enabling them to start living the next chapter of their lives.
Personal Life & Cresswind on Lake Lanier
Rose came from a large, extended family in the San Francisco Bay area, and learned to love travel and exploration from her parents, who took the family camping at every state and national park in the Western United States.
Married with three children and four grandchildren (the loves of her life), Rose and her husband moved to Cresswind on Lake Lanier in Gainesville, GA, in 2013 to be closer to the kids. She enjoys her grandchildren’s ballgames, traveling, cooking, being on the lake, in the gym, gardening, movies and spending time with friends and family. She also served as CLL Cooking Club Treasurer, managing all the books and organizing major events with 50+ volunteers.
